Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other mobile network operators) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the terms of your mobile carrier and network availability. WebWorks Studio does not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of SMS messages, and is not responsible for any failure of message delivery caused by carrier networks or technical issues beyond our control.

7. Services

WebWorks Studio provides web design, development, automation, hosting, and related digital services for local businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal. These Terms govern your general use of our website and communications.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, code, and materials produced by WebWorks Studio remain the intellectual property of WebWorks Studio until full payment is received, at which point client-facing deliverables transfer to the client as outlined in the service agreement. Proprietary frameworks, tools, and underlying code templates remain the property of WebWorks Studio.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebWorks Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
